A wonderful opportunity to experience the power of forgiveness
We are delighted to be hosting this weekend in a fabulous venue in ‘Richmond Park’ with a very warm caring professional staff and what has described as a life changing experience.
The weekend begins friday evening with a ‘Lorna Health’ an initiation of sounds from ‘Tibetan’ singing bowls and, introduction and welcome.
On Saturday we will have meditation,mindful movement and presentations on the process of forgiveness and discussions.
Each session will include presentations, discussions, reflection, open spaces for process, understanding and defining forgiveness and what is not forgiveness.
We will finish on Sunday with drumming and love and kindness practice. .
The American Psychological Society has published on the benefits of the forgiveness model and its implications for mental health in “Forgiveness Therapy, an Empirical Guide for Resolving Anger and Restoring Hope” (Robert D. Enright and Richard P. Fitzgibbons).

How to find the venue:
The Kairos Centre is a retreat and conference centre and is available for day visits and overnight stays. The center is an urban oasis in south-west London situated within acres of landscaped gardens and overlooking the historic Richmond Park.

About the venue
Set in a private area within the grounds house provides the perfect setting for mindfulness and forgiveness retreats. The house and grounds provide a private, tranquil and safe space in a most beautiful location in Richmond park, London.
How to get to the Kairos Centre
The Kairos Centre is located at Mount Angelus Rd, Roehampton, London SW15 4JA. It is just off Danebury Avenue from Roehampton Lane (A306) which runs between Hammersmith Bridge and Kingston Rd (A3). The Kairos Centre is a five minute walk from Roehampton Village. Note: Danebury Ave can only be accessed from Roehampton Lane and not Priory Lane by car.
By road: from Roehampton Lane (A306) , turn off into Danebury Ave and follow the road as it bends to the right. After 300 metres turn left at the mini roundabout into Mount Angelus road and you will see the gate to the Kairos Centre in front of you. There is limited parking inside.
By tube: go to Putney Bridge (Wimbledon District Line) or to Hammersmith station (Circle and Piccadilly lines) and take one of the following buses:
By bus: buses 85, 265, 72 and 493 go to Roehampton Village. The 430 bus goes to Mount Angelus Rd from Roehampton Village.
From Victoria: Victoria Coach mainline or underground station, take bus 170 to Mount Angelus Rd.
From Clapham Junction: bus 170 to Mount Angelus Rd. From Clapham Junction over ground station: take the over ground to Putney High Street. Just out-side the station take the 430 bus which will take you to Mount Angelus Rd.
