30- December till January 2 nd

Checking in: Saturday the 23rd of December from 4pm till 6 pm

6 pm- Welcome speech and discussion of rules and boundaries

6:30 – Mediation

7:00- A light dinner

8:00- Fire dance and initiation- setting our intention for the forgiveness empowerment weekend

9:00 Open space discussion

10:00 Lights out

Sunday the 24th

7 am -Bell rings for morning meditation

8 am- Breakfast

9 am – Country walk and/or group bounding exercise

10:30- Meditation and aims of objectives of the weeks

11:30- Questions ‘Open Space’

12- 2 Lunch and a break

2-5  Meditation, mindful movement  and discussions

5- 7 Camp fire, music and Fun activity

8-9 Dinner

10 Readning from AA big blue book

10:30 – lights out

Monday:Christmas day

7am Bell rings for meditation

8 am Breakfast

9am 11am  Discussion of big blue book and open space

11- 12 free time

12-1 lunch

1-2 Free time

2-5 meditation, mindful movement, and discussions

Monday the 26th Rest day.

Checking out Tuesday morning at 27th.

How to find us

By road

From the M3/M27 take the M271 then the A35 to Lyndhurst. In Lyndhurst, take the A337 towards Brockenhurst. Foxlease is signposted on the right-hand side just beyond the one-way system.

By train

Trains to Brockenhurst take approximately 1 hour 40 minutes from London Waterloo, or slightly less to Southampton Central. Take a taxi from Brockenhurst to Foxlease or get a bus from Southampton or Brockenhurst train station. The Wilts and Dorset buses number 56 and 56A run to Lyndhurst, stopping opposite the entrance to Foxlease. These buses run seven days with some evening services. You can find out more information about trains by visiting the South West Trains website.

By National Express coach

Coaches run from London Victoria to Lyndhurst. Take a look at the National Express website for more details.

By air

From Heathrow airport, take the rail-air coach link to Woking, then the train to Brockenhurst.

From Gatwick airport, travel by rail to Clapham Junction and then on to Brockenhurst.

Southampton airport receives flights from many airports across the UK and elsewhere in Europe. Southampton Airport Parkway rail station is adjacent to the terminal building and has regular trains to Brockenhurst. The rail journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
