About the 8-week course:  Suitable for beginners who want to learn about mindfulness

 

This 8-week course is recommended for people who are living with stress, pain, recovering from illness, injury or surgery.  It is designed for health optimization by following a daily routine of  meditations and gentle sequential movements. The program is user-friendly with online resources and private tutorials.  

 

What is the ‘Breathworks’ programme ? 

A beginners' course of meditation 

 

The Breathworks programme has been systematically tested, with thousands of testimonials, and proven to be a great way of being with and managing life-long conditions.

The 8-week programme is based on 2 hours of group work over 8 weeks, and daily home practice. The process of bringing awareness to the body through meditation, mindful movement and theory helps to facilitate lifelong tools which become second nature.

3. To live in the present moment and breathe into your experience, rather than tensing against it.
