Empowerment Retreat, New Forest

New Forest Retreat

With full-board accommodation in a beautiful country house

3 Nights, 29th of March 2019 till April 1st.

Recharge in the National Park

We are delighted to be hosting this weekend in a beautiful country house with occupation for 6 people only. Set in incredible enchanted gardens in the heart of the New Forest. This is a small exclusive deluxe mindfulness retreat with pampering on the side.  You find it difficult to find anywhere in the county with our hospitality and service. We have the coast line, tallest trees, assess to one of the world top spas and a unique program which includes our own signature brand ‘mindfulness and the forgiveness model.

Enjoy what has been described as a life changing experience, with a small group of like-minded people and a very warm caring professional team. The empowerment weekend will begin with a Tibetan sound bath initiation or Gong Bath and will include presentations, discussions, reflection, open spaces for process, understanding and defining forgiveness and working through this process and stages.

The long-lasting effects of anger and relentlessness can prevent us from living a full life and we also pass this trauma on to families and communities.

The American Psychological Society has published on the benefits of the forgiveness model and its implications for mental health in “Forgiveness Therapy, an Empirical Guide for Resolving Anger and Restoring Hope” (Robert D. Enright and Richard P. Fitzgibbons). We appreciate this is a big step for some people, and if you are ready the please join us.

Thank you for so many letters and comments that have been flooding in. A book called ‘Empowerment weekend’ is on its way. So many of you have ventured into this path because you don’t want to sufferer anymore, or pass this on to your children. You have noticed how much lighter you are and able to function after the Empowerment.  Many of you are looking after elderly parents and have been able make amends or even let go of terrible tragedies. Forgiveness is definitely for your benefit rather than that of others. I thank you for becoming part of this movement. The whole world at one stage will need to consider more forgiveness and heal.

Presenter : William Fley

The forgiveness process

Forgiveness is the most profound act and process, which is to do with you not the other person . It’s like peeling an onion, layer by layer. Moment by moment , person by person !

First there is a lot of hurt and anger as you begin to explore and revisit the impact zone, and trauma.

Then it can take time to experience the mental and emotional shift, which nearly killed me.It takes great energy, care and attention to want to change how you see the world and move through the stages of grieving. But I’m through it !It’s deeper then acceptance, it is more powerful then any thing I’ve tried. As I moved though forgiving family, and other situations and events . I’m left with forgiving myself and reconstructing meaning into my life. Rebuilding a future which I though I’d never get.The main benefit I feel is getting to know my self, cherishing life and opening my heart to opportunity.I think my heart was on lock down for years, like an totally eclipse of the sun ☀️the darkness moved away and I was able to see the light.
