In a 2018 survey 37% of UK adults felt stressed for atleast 1 day a week and for an average of 9 days a month ( Those aged 18-24 averaged 12 days a month).  85% of UK adults experienced stress regularly.

Other surveys have shown that nearly 10 million UK adults suffer from depression and that some 20% suffer from anxiety and depression.

Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non judgmentally. It is about keeping your attention live in the present moment and letting go of taking things for granted.

At our One to One mindfulness sessions you'll be introduced to specific mindfulness practices and to the process of self-enquiry which is a core aspect of mindfulness training.

Mindfulness One to One sessions, how does it work?

At an initial consultation, we will explore your needs together. This is followed by a bespoke course of weekly sessions of 60 minutes each, during which you'll learn key mindfulness practices.

You'll have daily home practice to complete in your own time between sessions, and we'll review this together the each week.
