Mission Statement(2)

Welcome to the Meditation Circle. We are here to:

  • create a better world;
  • spread love not hate;
  • send hope not fear.

Mindfulness has become increasingly exclusive, and beyond the reach of many. We aim to plant and foster seeds of opportunity for those individuals and communities in society who mindfulness does not reach. Our key message is that:

Forgiveness is Empowering!

We will record life stories and personal documentation about peoples’ struggles and achievement through forgiveness. Write to us to log and record your story.

We aim to provide safe and healing meditative spaces for people to explore and develop a sense of belonging and purpose. Where those without a voice can find that connection to a higher purpose/meaning and a connection to the human experience.

The Meditation Circle is a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation established by William Fley in the New Forest in 2011.

We are a co-operative of trained and experienced mindfulness teachers who embrace and enhance the standard mindfulness curriculum to provide an effective and high quality learning experience of personal growth.We are inclusive and non-discriminatory.

Collectively we have undertaken training at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and Breathworks, as well as practising and studying mindfulness and meditation extensively in the UK and overseas. This has enabled us to develop a profound secular understanding of ways to improve lives through mindfulness.

We run retreats and workshops across the UK. In particular in the New Forest and Bournemouth where we run monthly groups, provide one-to-one mindfulness sessions, provide psychotherapy, and run bespoke tailor-made courses to businesses and individuals.
